Job Purpose
Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join the Operational team of a prestigious Facilities Management Company based in Harrogate. The ideal candidate will have a background in Administration or Customer Services with excellent communication skills, good time management and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.

Key Tasks
* Deal with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
* Act as a point of contact for both our customers, employees and colleagues
* Manage Client Accounts
* Resolve telephone/email queries and complaints promptly to satisfactory conclusion
* Daily management and maintenance of the Time & Attendance system, including logging all absences, setting up new starters, updating shift patterns and maintaining records
* Send out new starter paperwork on behalf of the relevant departments
* Liaise with other areas of the business to ensure a quality service is delivered
* Provide reports and analysis for Management
* Any other duties that are deemed appropriate due to the needs of the business

Key Skills
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Confident telephone manner
* IT literate, including Excel, Word, Outlook
* Previous experience of invoice or T&A systems preferable
* Good time management, accuracy and organisational skills
* Previous experience in Facilities Management is advantageous
