- Provide support to the sales team, Quality Control team and Call Centre Manager.
- You will be responsible for updating daily spreadsheets, and checking for accuracy.
- Working in a fast paced environment you will also support with general enquiries and appointment and diary management.
- Taking inbound calls and outbound calls as necessary. Respond to enquiries received via email.
- Scanning, copying and general clerical duties, organising and ordering stationary, processing post and maintaining office equipment.
- Intermediate / Advanced skills in standard Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communicator - written and verbal
- Good Attention to detail -
- Working towards deadlines.
