Salary £18000 per annum Sector Call Centre & Customer Service
An exciting opportunity to join a thriving Business in the Pride Park area.
Duties include-
  • Provide support to the sales team, Quality Control team and Call Centre Manager.
  • You will be responsible for updating daily spreadsheets, and checking for accuracy.
  • Working in a fast paced environment you will also support with general enquiries and appointment and diary management.
  • Taking inbound calls and outbound calls as necessary. Respond to enquiries received via email.
  • Scanning, copying and general clerical duties, organising and ordering stationary, processing post and maintaining office equipment.
Key skills
  • Intermediate / Advanced skills in standard Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong communicator - written and verbal
  • Good Attention to detail -
  • Working towards deadlines.
