Are you an experienced administrator who is looking for an administrative role within a national organisation?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a small but growing team within a national business's regional office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to find a busy role.
Front line customer support, including fielding incoming telephone calls
Processing documents and house reservations
Checking IDs and ensuring they are filed correctly according to GDPR
Preparing documents ready for both exchange and completion
Liaising with the sales team to ensure all purchases go through according to the correct timescale
Previous admin experience
Excellent attention detail
Great communication and organisational skills
A good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
