Duties will involve issuing the letters, call handling, written communication, responding to enquires and complains and other administration tasks.
Job role required proven experience in administration, excellent customer service experience, great attention to details and ability to work under pressure. Two weeks of paid training provide prior to start. Working Hours are 37.50hours per week between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. Also you need to be able to pass security check(criminal and financial record). This is a great opportunity to get full time employment within the Company after probation period.
