My client, a leading global supplier of automotive components and systems are looking to recruit for an administrator to join their HR and Finance department on a permanent basis at their Dusseldorf site. The applicants must be fluent in both English and German.
Answering central telephone calls, taking messages and diverting calls internally.
Monitoring central Düsseldorf email account to ensure messages diverted to correct internal teams.
Sorting daily incoming/outgoing post/parcels including TNT Opening and scanning central invoices for Finance Emptying site mailbox on a daily basis for incoming post
Ordering tea/coffee supplies for Düsseldorf offices
Maintaining notice boards with relevant vacancies, business updates and HSE notifications.
Supporting employee queries with whilst liaising with HR.
Maintaining signing in registers for visitors and employees onsite.
Keeping signing in registers ready for visitors onsite.
Other administration activities to support the site and range of HR queries.
Send detailed information to the appropriate Finance/Treasury Contact to process payment and complete ledger postings.
Provide corresponding invoices to the appropriate parties to satisfy VAT requirement/supporting documentation.
Save completed spreadsheets and corresponding invoices on Shared Drive in respective folders.
Advanced computer skills including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High levels of self-management and accuracy throughout all projects
Understanding of sensitive and confidential data requirements
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to get the task completed.
English and German speaking (essential)
