The shifts available are 10:00-18:30. The pay per hour is £8.52 and there is a generous overtime package for working over 40 hours per week.
As a Admin your duties can include:
" Liaising with our subcontractor in Scotland and making sure that all failed deliveries are processed in our system and contracts are advised accordingly.
" Booking deliveries and the collections with customers
" Ensure any failed deliveries/collections are rebooked and entered onto the system
" Communicate efficiently to the customer and delivery locations.
" Investigation and processing of customer queries
" Data inputting on TITAN/JUPITER/ OPUS/PKMS/VISION/
" Liaising with other departments within the organisation
" Ensuring all functions within Admin is completed efficiently
" To support colleagues to ensure all administration functions are adhered too as per the customer requirements.
" To be trained in all administration areas within the Control Tower Department.

" Excellent administrative experience.
" Excellent attention to detail.
" Good IT skills -MS office and excel.
" Good level of education.
" Good organisation and interpersonal skills are paramount.
" Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
" Confident, calm and professional in testing situation.
" Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
