To provide specified administrative and customer service support to others to assist them and the team meet their operational, commercial and professional objectives.

This is a varied and challenging role for someone who is looking to be involved with in house administration tasks.
What will this role involve?
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal or external customers and business partners, and will be responsible for forwarding specialist requests as appropriate.
To administer business procedures according to agreed standards and service levels, while maintaining data, using company-specific systems, in order to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
A vital part of this role will be the communication with a wide range of people in a courteous and professional manner, acting as an ambassador for the company.
What skills are we looking for?
You will be computer literate in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook and educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and mathematics. You will have some experience working in a related administration and customer service role and must have good verbal and written communication skills and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. In addition you will have proven experience working in a role that required good time-management and organisational skills.
This is a temporary role for the duration of approximately 3 weeks. The role is based in Reading, near to the town centre and train station. We are offering an hourly rate of up to £12.50 per hour depending on skills and experience.
