Administrator, Wigston
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm

Purpose of the role:

Providing administrative support to branches nationwide including customer service teams. Working with team colleagues to deliver a professional, credible and timely service which supports the needs of customers, suppliers and stakeholders

Role Responsibilities:
" Create customer credit notes
" Create supplier debit notes
" Customer account administration - creating new accounts, delivery addresses, contact details, etc.
" Support specific customers with invoicing relating to self-billing
" Reprinting and distribution of delivery notes
" Logging details of catalogue distribution
" Supplying documents requested by customers relating to quality assurance, health and safety certification
" Creating customer specific reports in line with company requirements
" Maintaining appropriate records, retaining these and filing in line with company policy
" Supporting the buying and sales teams with maintenance of pricing files

Key Performance Measures:
" Supportive to the administration team working in a collaborative approach
" Communication effective verbally and in writing with stakeholders
" Ability to escalate issues and queries in a timely fashion

" Educated to GCSE level
" Effective verbal and written communication
" Key member of a team
" IT knowledge of Word Office suite and handling data
" Positive approach when dealing with internal or external customers
