Monday – Friday Full Time
A company based in the centre of Birmingham is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in their call centre.
The Customer Service role will require you to:
• Administration
• Answering telephone calls and messages
• Emails
• Dealing with complaints and escalating accordingly
• Assisting with enquiries
• Professional telephone manner

Call centre and complaint handling is preferred but is not essential
