I am currently looking for an Administrator to work for a friendly and well established company in South Bristol who will make you feel part of the team and as they ask is that you bring a good sense of humour and your able to make a cracking cup of tea or coffee !

The successful applicant will support the
company's sales processes by carrying out administrative activities at the Company's head office.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, you will receive a salary of £18,000 - £22,000
To start ASAP
Free onsite parking, lots of training and support.

Main Duties

" Ensure customer requests and orders are processed and concluded in a timely
manner to our customers' satisfaction
" Handle customer complaints and problems in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
" All interactions (including phone calls, emails, meetings, etc.) with potential or existing customers are to be recorded on the Company software
" Carry out daily activities in line with the Company's policies, procedures, and processes; updating appropriate records and performing appropriate transactions.
" Support field based sales and support staff in their roles
" Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
" Taking equal responsibility in identifying skill and knowledge shortcomings, and suggesting ways to address these shortcomings
" Taking equal responsibility for improving the Company's processes
" Keeping management informed of any significant issues or changes in any areas in which you are working
" Engage with, and promote the company's brands through social media platforms for
business use
" Stationery orders
" Health and safety representative
" Fire safety representative
" Fleet management (mot's handovers, services)

" Apply a positive attitude and approach to all situations, e.g. where a problem or concern arises, this should be brought up alongside a recommended solution which ideally has a win/win outcome for all concerned
" You are expected to develop and use your own plans, strategies, and management tools to carry out your role. However, management needs to be aware of, and sanction these plans and strategies.
