Receptionist/ Administrator
Location: Leeds, LS1
Salary: £9 per hour
Contract Length: Ongoing Temporary Position

Do you have previous Reception or Administration Experience?
Can you start immediately?

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to work on behalf of a leading cosmetic company based in Leeds.

Main Duties:
• Responsible to meet and greet patients in a professional manner and ensure they sign in correctly
• Updating patients notes on the internal system
• First point of contact for Surgeons and patients over the phone to help with their general enquires
• Take messages for the Office Managers and Surgeons
• General Administrative duties such as filling, scanning and archiving documents

Key Requirements
• An up to date DBS
• Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone
• Most have the ability to adhere to client and patient confidentiality
• Previous Receptionist/ Administration experience
• Time Management
• Can do attitude


Hours: Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday) – the office is open from 9am until 8pm, protentional shifts will be: 9:30am – 5:30pm 10am – 6pm or 12noo until 8pm
