Job Description

Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Stirling to recruit for a F/T Administrator on a temporary basis.

Purpose of the role:

The purpose of this role is to provide a range of administrative activities to enable a department to fulfil its functions to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Book rooms for training sessions
  • Order catering for training sessions
  • Room set up/clear
  • Monitor email inboxes
  • Use on-line registration systems to monitor attendance at workshops and create attendance records
  • Liaise with other departments regarding enrolment on academic development courses
  • Send out feedback forms following training sessions and collate feedback
  • Liaise with workshop providers regarding session timings and collate feedback
  • Update spreadsheets with attendance and progress
  • Print course material as required
  • Update website as required
  • Send out standard draft email responses as required
Key Duties:
  • Relevant experience in a general office role, for example typing, administration
  • Able to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Access,
  • PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people in the workplace with a variety of internal and external contacts in person, by phone, and by email.
