Job Description

An experienced Administrator required to cover a 9 month maternity contract for a leading manufacturing client based in the Derby area.
  • General office administration:
  • Call handling and circulation of mail.
  • Typing-up of presentations and documents
  • Ordering of stationery for the department.
  • Weekly/Monthly expenditure tracking and reconciliation for the department and directors.
  • Inputting of invoices, purchase orders, and ensuring payment takes place
  • Have the ability to consolidate the monthly data into a spreadsheet and report in monthly meeting
  • Ad hoc duties / tasks as required.
Key Skills

  • Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (basic to intermediate level).
  • Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.

Working Hours 7.00-15.18 or 8.00-16.18
(must be at work 15 minutes prior to start time)

Due to location on Transport is desirable.

This is a 9 month temporary contract. You must be able to commit to the length of the assignment.
