- General office administration:
- Call handling and circulation of mail.
- Typing-up of presentations and documents
- Ordering of stationery for the department.
- Weekly/Monthly expenditure tracking and reconciliation for the department and directors.
- Inputting of invoices, purchase orders, and ensuring payment takes place
- Have the ability to consolidate the monthly data into a spreadsheet and report in monthly meeting
- Ad hoc duties / tasks as required.
- Positive, friendly and 'can do' attitude.
- Experienced in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (basic to intermediate level).
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
- Professional individual who is confidential in their approach.
- Adapt to fast paced environment
(must be at work 15 minutes prior to start time)
Due to location on Transport is desirable.
This is a 9 month temporary contract. You must be able to commit to the length of the assignment.
