Pertemps are recruiting for an office administrator to for our property management and letting company based in Wrexham. This is a permanent position offering candidates to build their knowledge within property and letting and gain experience and qualifications on the way.
• Liaising with tenants and landlords via email and writing letter
• Meet and greet customers and clients
• Arrange meeting, property viewing and following up all telephone enquiries
• Coordinating maintenance work with the properties manager
• Assisting in the preparation of promotional materials
• Utilising the companies CRM system
• High level of computer literacy
• Excellent Telephone Manner
• Good Customer Service
