We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in West Bromwich. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation that specialise in manufacturing across the country

The company are looking for a driven, ambitious Administrator to join their team on a fix term contract of 10 months

The purpose of the Administrator is to support the sales and customer service team with all aspects of the daily duties to enable smooth running and efficiently of the business

Administration Duties include:
• Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
• Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming post
• Prepare outgoing post for distribution
• Processing sales orders & quotations using Sage Line 50
• Maintain office filing and storage systems
• Type documents, reports and correspondence
• Creating & sending out flyers via email & post
• Arranging training courses for staff
• Monitor and maintain office & works supplies
• Keep maintenance records up to date
• Keep staff records up to date
• General office duties as required (answering calls, filing etc.)

The hours of work: Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm & Friday, 8.30am – 4pm

Salary, £8:21per hour
