Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team at present on a part-time basis.

Working as a key part of a small team, you will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and provide support to that department.

Key Tasks

*Updating Accounts system Fresh Trade - new customers
*Maintenance and updating of the Master Control Limit Management System i.e. Credit Limits, Review Dates, New Customers
*Running of Agency reports (Graydons) to set limits and updating control sheets with findings
*Preparing 7 day letters and Pre-Legals
*Preparation of exceeded credit limit review
*Preparation of debtor reviews per site by credit terms and monthly terms
*Providing credit limits to sites from application forms and reviews by email
*Preparation of monthly debtor reporting suite inclusive of trading histories
*Daily check with QBE on-line for changes and updating manager with findings
*Any other ad-hoc requirements

Administration Skills

*Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge inclusive of Look-Ups, Pivot tables and graphs
*Advanced Microsoft Word
*Ability to analyse ledger data
*General Office duties

*Excellent communication skills at all levels
*Able to work well in a team environment
*Excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task
*Ability to work with minimal supervision
*Able to keep accurate diary for Manager
*Excellent time keeping and attendance record
*Logical thinker and good analytical skills
