Job Description

I currently have the opportunity for an Administrator to join a busy company based in Bromsgrove on a temporary basis. This is holiday cover for approximately 1 month and will start immediately. The company are looking for all round office and administrative support including support with invoicing and purchase orders using SAGE.

This is a temporary opportunity with salary of around £9 per hour, this could be slightly more for the right candidate so please APPLY. This position is a full time role working 8.30am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday but there is some flexibility with hours to suit the candidate. This is a temporary role so I require candidates who can start immediately.

Duties will include:
*General Administration
*Dealing with invoices and purchase orders
*Use of SAGE
*Office support where ever necessary as this is a small team

I am looking for a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills who can fit into a team and offer immediate support. I am looking for a candidate who is experienced and confident providing administrative support to a business, any support with Accounts or as an Accounts Assistant or working experience of SAGE would be an advantage.
