Pertemps client, a well-known Public Sector organisation based in Edinburgh is seeking to recruit an administrator on a short term 12 week temporary basis.

Main Duties:

The post holder will play a significant role in our efforts to capture, organise, use and analyse constituent data to achieve our departmental and organisational objectives
  • Support the team Manager with the ongoing development of the CRM systems, to ensure maximum efficiency across the department as required.
  • Responsible for managing complex data queries, exports and imports.
  • Responsible for the interface with records and other data sources, ensuring that download programmes are run timely and efficiently.
Skills/Experience:
  • The candidate must have Raisers Edge and CRM knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong IT skills
