Job Description

Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Hours: 0900 – 1500
Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Location: Llay

I am recruiting for an administrator with purchasing ledger experience. This position would suit a candidate who wants hours during school times.

• Matching Purchase orders and invoices
• Entering invoices
• Ensuring all orders are loaded completely
• General Administrator Duties
• Reception Duties
• This position is temporary to permanent for the right candidate
• Must have good level of customer service skills
• Good Knowledge using Microsoft packages
• Excellent communication
• Good attention to detail
