Administrator required to work within the Estates department for local government based in TROWBRIDGE. This is a full-time, temporary position for 3 months, with the possibly to turn permanent for the right candidate. Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, paying £10.54 per hour.

As an Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Estates team, managers and staff by undertaking a full range of tasks. Duties will include:
  • Supporting facilities management programmes
  • Maintaining property databases, records and filing systems
  • Processing orders and payments and monitoring budgets
  • Liaising with contractors and operational staff by telephone
  • Undertake research and development of projects and monitor progression
  • Collate and manage statistical information

In order to become part of this successful team as an Administrator you must possess the following:
  • 4 GCSE's at Grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent
  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Understanding of budgets and value for money
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office to produce spreadsheets and emails
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritise, use initiative and manage time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence in order to travel between sites
