We at Blue Arrow have a variety of temporary assignments across North Lanarkshire for experienced administrative assistants and receptionists to fulfil our client's short and long term requirements.
Our clients span across North Lanarkshire and cover a variety of industry sectors from logistics to manufacturing to commercial companies, so there will be a role that is right for you.
Your day-to-day duties will vary depending on the client, but your usual responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Greet customers and visitors into the premises
* Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
* Order office supplies
* Organise travel arrangements, book conference calls, rooms, taxis, hotels etc.
* Maintain computer and manual filing systems
* Minute taking
To be considered for these roles you will have excellent computer skills, experienced in excel, word and outlook and be organised.
