Administration Team Leader - £30,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience
Law firm is seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to oversee their Administration team at their London offices.

The Administration Team Leader will be responsible for assisting the Business Support Services Manager to maintain the highest level of customer service to colleagues within the firm. The Administration Team Leader will ensure a productive workflow by effective management of the Administration team. The key responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee the day to day running of the Business Support Services Admin, Hub and Reception in line with the agreed service levels
  • Support the team operationally when required
  • Encourage a customer service environment and ensure that all processes reflect this and all staff are appropriately trained
  • Complete the performance review process for your teams (appraisal)
  • Complete the recruitment process and induction of team members
  • Participate in training new staff and with the continued development of existing staff
  • Monitor and ensure staff compliance with established procedures i.e. operational processes, quality control procedures, conduct, attire, performance and attendance
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and utilised
  • Be aware of and responsible for the day to day health and safety requirements for your team and working area and immediately raise any health and safety concerns to your manager
The ideal Administration Team Leader will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
  • An experienced Administrator within a corporate environment.
  • Previous staff management experience
  • Customer focused, with experience in staff management in a customer service environment
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example
  • Well presented with a professional manner
  • Computer literate and proficient in all MS Office packages
  • Effective communicator at all levels, both written and oral
  • Hands on team worker with a flexible approach
  • Attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration
