To be a success you need to be advanced level when using Excel, able to produce spreadsheets, formula's and pivot tables would be advantageous as you will use for reporting duties.
Administrative role dealing with enquiries & bookings, organise courser certificates & cconfirmations.
Co-ordinate and communicate will all providers and be the initial contact, organising weekly post, meet and greet all students, maintain stock levels and training supplies.
You need to be fully conversant with all IT packages, excellent written and communication skills, ability and confidence to make decisions, present yourself positively and professionally
