Rate of Pay:
£20,000 - £23,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract Type:
Permanent Contract - immediate start

Shifts:
40 hours per week

About You

We are currently looking for an experienced, proactive and agile Administration Assistant to join us at our Depot based in Harlow, Essex. This is an exciting time to join the Company during a significant period of change. Our Administration team play a crucial part in our overall operations, as they are integral to providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times, as well as supporting the smooth delivery of products to our customers across Scotch Frost Group (SFG).

You will have a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, with excellent communication / problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be a natural team player and possess a true commitment to customer service; you are confident when dealing with difficult situations and you have the needs of our customers (both internal and external) at the forefront of your mind at all times.

Typical Duties / Tasks

To effectively and proactively assist in the dispatch & tracking of products to our customers, dealing with enquiries and providing general administration support to Harlow Depot.

* Arranging availability of paperwork for the timely dispatch of all outbound stock

* Processing and recording information in relation to both the dispatch and admin department

* Liaising with outside Agencies, Suppliers, Customers and Depots within the Group

* Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries from both customers and team members

* Booking goods-in

* Supporting Payroll and Credit Control processes as required

* Ability to adapt to change and prioritize workload depending on operational requirements

* Processing transactions via various payment methods, as well as handling cash

* Ad hoc tasks as and when required.

What You’ll Need

* At least 2 Years’ experience working within an Administration role

* Accuracy and attention to detail

* Experience of administering Company Payroll

* Previous experience of working in a warehouse and / or transport environment

* PC literate with strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Previous experience of using Navision software

* A proactive approach, with the ability to react to changing demands and adaptable workloads

* Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships at all levels.
