Pertemps are looking for an Administration Assistant for our Client who is a global leader in the downstream marketing and financing of aviation, marine and land fuel products and related services.  AsanAdministration Assistant you willplay a vital part in the administration of all aspects of fuel sales. The role is responsible for the management of all areas of admin work related to the business and requires a highly numerate and analytical individual who works to a high level of efficiency and standards:-

 Required skills and experience for the role:-

  1. Accurate stock reconciliations on a daily basis to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the business on an ongoing basis
  2. Accurate entry of data and maintaining the integrity of records
  3. Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  4. Previous experience of using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required for the role
  5. Review of depot activity re-routing the correct work is cascaded to the correct employee
  6. Working between operations and sales to ensure the smooth processing of orders and deliveries
  7. Liaising regularly with operational staff to ensure accurate usage of delivery confirmation procedures through online tracking reports and fleet automation processes
  8. Other admin work as required on an ongoing basis, including order processing and enquiries
  9. An ability to work within a team and work on own initiative is essential
  10. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
  11. Experience working to and meeting targets is required
  12. Attention to detail is a must!
  13. A good working experience of MS Office and Excel is desirable
  14. Previous Administration experience is essential
  15. Sales administration; confirmation of customer and internal deliveries of product to ensure correct stock ownership and invoicing
 

In return you will work a 37.5 hour week and the basic salary is £20K plus bonus
