Salary £18000 - £22000 per annum Sector Professional & Admin
You will provide meticulous administrative support to the Directors PA's. You will be self-confident, loyal and trustworthy, highly motivated and have a friendly positive attitude. You must possess excellent organisational, interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will have proficient IT skills, especially in the use of Word, Excel and other Windows applications. You will be required to liaise with all levels of the business and therefore you must be able to communicate effectively. You will have the multi-tasking ability and flexibility to work in this fast-paced environment.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
• Administration support
• Responding to urgent requests
• Assisting with preparation of documents for meetings and board papers
• Co-ordinating and booking hotel and travel arrangements
• Reception cover and reception duties, including taking messages for other staff
• Holiday and sickness monitoring
• Tea and coffee making and organising breakfast and lunch for Directors as part of a team
• Assisting with updating and developing the Contract Database
• Preparing Contracts for Director signatures
• Scanning documents for filing
• Any other ad hoc duties
The position is full time and salary is dependent on experience. Free parking, and on-site benefits.
