6 Months - Ongoing (Possible temp to perm)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced customer service adviser with administration skills to work for our prestigious client.

The Role:

You will be the first port of call for all banking queries for the corporate accounts. Dealing with large money figures and prestige clients both in the UK and Internationally.
  • Assisting with any banking queries
  • Customer service
  • 70% email, 30% telephone based
  • Dealing with Prestige clientele
  • High value accounts
  • Communicating with international clients

The Person:

  • Excellent customer service background
  • Computer literate
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • Use initiative to resolve complex queries and problems
  • Able to work independently as well as a team
  • Keen for a career in banking
  • Quick learner and hard working
  • Stable employment history
Hours and pay:
  • £9.52 per hour
  • Monday to Friday
  • 08.30AM - 17:30PM
