Job Description

Part-Time Temporary Admin Assistant required for our client a highly reputable Gas Supplier and Distributor in Redruth. This is an excellent opportunity to help develop this new role. This is a long term temporary role however as it develops may lead to a permanent role.

You will be required to plan, coordinate and book internal and external meetings including venues, equipment, catering, travel and overnight accommodation and manage the calendar, schedule meetings and arrange training for new recruits. In addition to general administrative duties we are looking for someone to plan and attend recruitment events (which may be out of the normal hours however accommodation will be provided if required).

The successful candidate will be someone who has excellent IT skills in MS Office and IT based systems along with great organisational skills. You will have had previous experience within a similar role and thrive from working to strict deadlines. You must have the ability to deal with a wide variety of tasks and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

You will be looking for a part time role, working 20 hours per week and as well as a generous pay rate of £9.50 per hour and professional training, you will benefit from 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata) and the option to join the Pertemps pension scheme.
