Perm
Full Time 37.5 hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)
Stockwood
£16,000 - £21,000


We are looking for an ambitious and pragmatic individual to assist with the administration of the Company's day to day activities. The role is suitable for an individual who wants to be active and involved in the Company's evolution by supporting the delivery of our services to the Company's quality objectives.

This role of an administrator is to support the current team with the following responsibilities:


• Contributing towards the achievement of Operational KPI targets.
• Following relevant policies, procedures and standards including those relating to Health and Safety.
• Maintaining up to date records.
• Preparing Works Orders and necessary resources liaising with Project Managers and the Operations Manager.
• Compiling reports and data.
• Maintaining up to date records.
• Resource preparation.
• Assisting with booking attendance with client's sites, and any necessary accommodation.
• Issuing invoices to customers based on services rendered.
• Welcoming and directing visitors, in person, on the phone or on the telephone.
• Ensuring adequate welfare provision for the working environment.


Skills and experience needed :

• The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
• Fastidious attention to detail.
• Efficient time management.
• Motivated and flexible.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Administration background would be preferable
