Job Description

Are you immediately available with plenty of Accounts Payable experience and looking for the next step in your career? If so, then we have the perfect role for you! We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Supervisor which would suit an individual with experience in this area and ready to take on more responsibility. This role is for 9 months to cover maternity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility of ensuring the reconciliation of supplier accounts is available for review
• Production of the weekly pay runs
• Support of the staff expenses function
• Production of the weekly delivery labels
• Assistance in any amendments of supplier bank details
• Assistance in any supplier or Baan queries
• Production of a weekly log for queries to review
• Responsibility of running month end reports for review
• Suggestions for any improvements within the department
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Person Specification:

• Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience
• Minimum 5 GCSE's A-C or equivalent
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Good level of Excel skills
• Able to adapt to change
• Able to build strong relationships
• Strong capability of contributing to team goals and targets
