As an Accounts Assistant you will report into the Management Accountant and look after the Purchase Ledger function.
• Processing supplier invoices
• Reconcile delivery notes and invoices to purchase orders
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparation of Payment run
• Resolving supplier queries
• Process Sales ledger invoices
In order to be considered for this role you must have proven experience in Purchase Ledger having had responsibility for the full process from start to finish.
Previous experience working on Sage will be beneficial and within the construction sector would be a high advantage.
