We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant, to join a successful and well-established business based in Bromsgrove. If you have previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, and processing bank reconciliations, this is a fantastic opportunity to be considered. This a full time, permanent opportunity with a salary from £17,000 - £21,000 depending on experience based in Bromsgrove.

Duties will include:

• General bookkeeping/financial administration duties
• Bank reconciliations
• Posting journals
• VAT calculations
• Maintenance of accurate day-to-day financial records
• Answering the phone and sending emails

Skills and Experience needed:

• AAT Qualifications ( At Any Level) is an advantage
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• High level of numerical skill
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Good communication skills, particularly written
• Flexible/ able to adapt to client needs
