Sheridan Maine is pleased to be working with an innovative and expanding environmental organisation based in Southampton. They are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant into their finance team.
As Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Maintenance of AP Ledger
• Processing invoices, setting up payment runs, reconciling supplier statements
• Processing staff expenses
You will have a strong transactional accounting skills set, with at least two years' experience. You must have strong Excel skills (pivot tables / v look ups) .along with excellent communications skills and a target driven and hard-working attitude.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
