Pay rate: £10.15 per hour
Location - Grangemouth
Grangemouth shipping office requires temporary accounts assistant to cover maternity leave from now until October 2020.
Duties include all aspects of Purchase and Sales Ledger and assist with petty cash and bank account.
Training will be given but Microsoft Office, Sage and knowledge of job costing system will be advantageous.
Temporary cover is required and is negotiable.
Skills desired are:
Good levels of accuracy
Good communication – fluent in English
Honest and trustworthy individual
Good passes in English and Maths/Arithmetic
Competent user of Microsoft Office, Job Costing and Sage 50 package
The successful applicant must be prepared to fit in to a busy office environment and be flexible in their approach. Must be willing to learn and able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
