As an Accounts Assistant you will be reporting directly into the AP/AR Manager.
The successful candidate will be working within a small Finance Team. The role itself offers great diversity and wider exposure to different areas of finance.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Processing monthly payroll
• Entering supplier invoices into AP ledger
• Processing weekly supplier payment run
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Ad hoc duties including supporting management accounts
The successful candidate will have:
• Proficient Excel skills
• Previous experience with Sage 200 and Sage Payroll
