Then look no further as my client is recruiting for a Customer Contact Agent to join their team. They are a family owned business with family values. They offer excellent staff benefits and great training. They have an exciting opportunity for a customer contact agent to excel in this successful company in their head office in South Bristol.
This is a Fix Term Contract (FTC) for 12 months starting asap. As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for delivering professional customer communications (verbal and written) and ensuring customers overdue invoices are chased by telephone/email, dealing with customer queries and invoices. Maintaining spreadsheets, cash flow, daily sales and reconciliation of cash/card receipts. It's a supportive team so you may be supporting colleagues with general ad hoc admin.
You must have excellent telephone and customer service skills, be confident in operating IT systems, be comfortable working in a busy environment and be equally effective working with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Previous experience of working within an accounts environment and having an accounts qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
Salary, Benefits and additional information:
Salary: £21,000 - £24,000
FTC - 12 Months starting from 15th April

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 17:00pm.
