As an Accounts Assistant you will report into the Finance Manager and your key responsibilities will include:
• Assisting with day to day invoicing and credit control
• Generating Invoices
• Monitoring Credit Limits
• Allocating receipts
• Producing Statements
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Overdue reporting
• Dealing with customer queries
• Reconciling project balances
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a good eye for detail with experience in a similar accounts role. Good IT skills are essential and knowledge of Sage would be advantage.
