Job Description

I have the opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Administrator to join a company based in the Redditch area on a temporary basis. This is holiday cover for approximately 5-6 weeks (starting 26th August) This is a small but busy office environment so this role will involve all round office duties. Pay rate will be around £9-£10 per hour and the company are looking for around 16-20 hours per week, they can be flexible with days and working hours to suit the candidate.

General duties will include:
*Processing weekly wages (6 employees) on SAGE 50
*Process and pay subcontractors invoices weekly (4 currently)
*Complete Augusts invoices for month end
*Process Purchase Invoices

I am looking for someone who has come from an Administrative background for this and who is confident to work alone at times as it is a small office. I require someone who has used SAGE previously as you will be using SAGE to process wages and invoices.
