Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch. The position is to join the existing Credit Control Team, to share responsibility of the day to day general Administration and accounting functions of the company. This is a full time, permanent opportunity with a salary of £20,000 depending on experience.

Duties will include:

• To support team members by undertaking administrative tasks
• Keeping a log of purchase invoices
• Obtaining Proof of Deliveries for clients requiring them
• Ensuring details of job files are correct prior to invoicing
• Emailing the invoices to clients
• Stationery Orders – Managing stock control stationery and supplies
• Filing job files when complete
• Answering queries from clients
• Any other admin duties for the credit control team
• Cash posting and allocations

Skills and Experience needed:
• Experience with working in an accounts environment
• Confident communication skills
• Good IT Skills, including Excel Knowledge
• Numerate and Literate
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Quick thinker / problem solving
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic character
