Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (Plus commission)
You'll be working for one of the largest independent fuel suppliers in the UK. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Account Manager to join their Fuel Card Department.
The role is office based at the Head Office in Weston and will appeal to not only anyone who has the ability to communicate with existing customers and develop relationships over the telephone, but also a genuine interest in learning the concept of on-road refuelling. The successful candidate will be supported and encouraged to develop strategies for retention and development.
The successful applicant must be able to;
Demonstrate the ability to listen to customers' needs and apply care in finding solutions in order to maximise potential
Have a genuine desire to further develop business skills
Industry knowledge is advantageous
Full training is provided
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Personal skill set requirements;
* Ability to communicate and listen to customers' needs
* Eagerness to maximise opportunity through the promotion of products
* Ability to work confidently, either independently or as a part of a team
* General understanding of office business skills
* IT Literate
* GCSEs (or new 2017 standard grades 9-4) at grade C or above in Maths & English
