We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to look after a schools contract across Barnet. You will be responsible for soft sales to across 40 schools and managing the account. This position is hybrid so based between home and office.
The role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, £15.38 per hour
Main Purpose of the role:
To support the Head of Building Services in ensuring the first class delivery of Building Services.
To head the "Traded Services Agreements" initiative (internal trading arrangement that allows schools to buy services) and to grow the relationships with all schools.
To develop the service offering by building strong relationships with external stakeholders including Head Teachers, Governors, Education Service Providers and Premises Managers.
To act as relationship manager between schools in the Borough and Building Services.
To encourage uptake of Schools Traded Services by schools.
Demonstrable experience of working within an education setting.
Experience of working within an SLA.
Experience of contract payments and agreeing final accounts etc.
To have experience of reconciliation of financial processes
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Ability to work under own initiative and work as part as a team or individually
A good problem solver whom also possesses good organisational and administration skills
