We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Apprenticeship Account Manager to join an established training provider.
This position has been created through growth so a great time to join.
As an Apprenticeship Account Manager you can expect to be offered a salary of up to £45000 and you will also receive 25 days+bank holidays, pension and travel expenses are paid from home.
This role will focus on the day to day management of a portfolio of corporate levy clients whose employees are engaged on Leadership and Management Apprenticeships, alongside Retail and Business Service Apprenticeships.
The Apprenticeship Account Manager will be based from home with regular visits to client sites throughout Southern England.
A passion and proven track record in Operations and Teaching and Learning is essential.

Duties and Responsibility of the Account/Programme Manager- Apprenticeships
Project mange implementation of large client mobilisation of national Apprenticeship programmes
Responsible for account management of large programmes, to review and grow the account
Liaise with external consultants to support content development and delivery of large national Apprenticeship programmes
Responsible for working alongside the operational team to ensure the delivery of bespoke large client apprenticeship programmes in ensuring consistently outstanding teaching learning and assessment delivery
Co-ordinate the set-up of new bespoke programmes including OneFile plans, timetables, rooming, learner registrations, Schemes of Learning and delivery models.
Manage the End Point Assessment process for large national client provision
Ensure learner achievement is claimed in good time and monitor ILR data as part of the monthly business cycle
Use data to manage provision to drive-up achievement rates and narrow achievement gaps
Ensure KPI's and business objectives are achieved through participation and contribution to the Performance Board cycle
Identify areas of improvement and best practice and implement change accordingly
Work closely with sales function to develop existing client accounts and identify new opportunities
Ensure compliance with funding rules and awarding organisations
Ensure compliance with all organisations regulations and policies

Skills and Experience required for the Account Manager- Apprenticeships
" Previous experience in setting up, mobilising and managing outstanding apprenticeship programmes
" Extensive experience and understanding of apprenticeship programmes and national delivery, ESFA requirements and responsibilities, audit and Ofsted.
" Proven track record of working to "outstanding" teaching and learning
" Experience of MIS systems, e-portfolios and achievement rate methodology and analysis
" Programme management expertise
" Experience within stakeholder engagement and communications, interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
" The ability to manage budgets in a fast-paced operating environment.
" Experience of operating in Engineering, construction or health is desirable but not essential.
" Quality focused with a track record in continuous improvement and Curriculum Design
" Ideally holding Assessor, Internal Quality Assurance and Teaching Qualifications
