Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a forward thinking business in a beautiful rural location near Coventry. The role is working for a well-established business who offers security and stability due to their long business relationships with a varied portfolio of clients. The role is varied and allows you to use both your customer service and administrate skills. You will be working within a warm and welcoming team situated in brand new contemporary open plan offices.

You should have the ability to forge good working relationships and solve complex problems through data analysis, negotiation and co-operation with others in the business.

Main responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of assigned customers including arranging, preparing and attending customer meetings including Annual Business Reviews.
Deliver first class service to Customers, communicating verbally and in writing.
Establish strong relationships with Customers and teams across the business to ensure Customer Satisfaction targets and KPI's are met.
Processing and handling Customer data on internal systems and then analysing this data to then produce reports back to the Customer.
Advise of any contract changes including any new processes, price increases in line with current inflation rates or anything that directly relates to their business.
Updating internal systems and communicating with other colleagues who are responsible for planning to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and collections.
Reconciling stock takes after your Customers have provided all despatch data and accurate stock take figures.
Monitoring the day to day Commercial performance of each Account within your portfolio.

Customer Account Advisor Experience Required:
Have worked in a true customer service role, where you would have client contact along with the investigation and admin involved with resolving your clients query.
You should be conversant in using MS Word and Excel.
You should be well presented and have an excellent telephone manner.
You should also hold a UK driving licence as you will be required to use the company vehicle to visit you key account clients on occasions.
Microsoft CRM experience would be advantageous
