As an Account Manager you will need:
  • Excellent relationship and negotiation skills
  • Work well as part of the team as well as individually
  • Demonstrable strategic and forward planning within a fast paced high volume labour environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • The ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
  • Advances IT skills in Excel
  • A Full UK driving license
Role description:

  • Management and overseeing of multiple high volume onsite
  • Liaising with branch network on service delivery
  • Development and Management of the direct reports
  • Development of good working relationships with customers whilst identifying business opportunities at the same time
  • Work with clients to ensure the demands of the contract and needs of the client are met through planning for peak and delivery of KPIs
  • Ensuring full compliance at all times
Experience in recruitment sector is essential for this role.
