Customer Service Advisor
Southport
£14,500 to £15,000 basic salary plus monthly bonus (£20,000 OTE)
Permanent


A new opportunity has arisen with my client in Southport who are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team. The position is work within an established team and manage a portfolio of business clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth. You would also be responsible for offering additional products and services. The opportunity is office based and comes with a basic salary of £14,500 to £15,000 depending on experience plus monthly bonus where earnings can exceed £20,000. Standard hours of work are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

The main duties of a Customer Service Advisor are;
  • Deliver excellent service through effective account management
  • Keep in contact with key decision makers with a view to developing and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Use a consultative approach to identify up/cross-sell opportunities to maximise account profitability
  • Act as the first point of contact for your clients and provide additional support or any issues they may have
  • Client retention
  • Keeping the database updated with client information
  • Sending clients invoices and history statements of use
  • Track and monitor costings offered by competitors
To be considered for this position you must possess the following;
  • Ideally you will have account management/contact centre/office experience. However those with a background in customer service/sales face to face will also be considered
  • Have a high work ethic and be a target driven individual
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Basic IT skills
