Account Assistant 

We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Birmingham.  The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months of work experience within a similar role.

As an Accounts Assistant you will need to have:
Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role
Excellent communication skills
Maths and English GCSE's Grade or equivalent)
Ability to work to deadlines
Working towards or have AAT Level 2

Salary: £18,000.00 - £19,000.00 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Permanent

Key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant:
Dealing with Purchase orders
Raising Invoices
Matching bank payments
Data Entry
Assist with credit control
Knowledge of Xero or similar packages
Reporting to the accounts manager
