Job Description

The role Academy Programme Co-Ordinator is within a lovely open plan office with roof terrace which has fantastic views of Bristol so you will be based in lovely surroundings.
You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (some flexibility on hours can be considered) and receive a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience.

The Role:
Working with colleagues in the academy, wider education team and NAPC, you will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support for qualifications, apprenticeships and CPD programmes.
You will support the Academy Executive in the day to day coordination and the smooth running of the programmes. You will also support the Head of Academy in driving the educational and commercial success of the education team and academy programme and contribute to its growth and success.
You will support the aim to ensure a high quality learning experience for all students and high levels of engagement with the wider academic, professional and regulatory communities.
You will be responsible for enrolling prospective learners on to the qualifications and CPD programmes and supporting them to ensure a high quality, consistent service through the learner journey. You will ensure that learners receive appropriate information and academic and ICT support throughout their studies and that programmes run effectively.
You will also be responsible for supporting the education team in wider administrative duties where required, including providing front line helpdesk support to the e-learning team.
Other duties will include, liaising with tutors to ensure that learners and tutors are grouped and timetabled appropriately, engage with key stakeholders such as support services, committees and the student body. Produce minutes for relevant academy meeting and follow up actions.
The Person:
As the ideal candidate you will be people focused, strong communication skills, effective IT skills, ability to manage problems and find appropriate solutions, experience of negotiation and managing different stakeholders, able to prioritise & multi task, managing complex projects. An understanding of the vocational/ higher education sector would be desirable, as is a recognised professional or business qualification/professional membership.
You will need to have strong administration and organisational ability.
Full clean driving licence is required for the role ideally.
