Job Description

3rd Line Support Engineer

* Bristol (Fully remote role for the moment with some flexibility post-pandemic)

* £35,000 to £40,000 per year

The Opportunity:

To join a growing MSP who are looking to expand due to recent acquisition of some new client contracts and they’re looking for a couple of talented individuals to join the team.

They work with a diverse client portfolio that ranges from very small local businesses to large government agencies and blue-chip companies, providing them with friendly, familiar and customer focused Managed Services covering the support, maintenance and development of their infrastructure and user environments. With this role you will also have the opportunity to work from home as they offer remote working as part of the package.

Skills and Experience:

* Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMWare

* Excellent knowledge of Both Desktop and Server support (Windows 10 etc.)

* Networking (TCP/IP, DNS,DHCP)

* Paid for Microsoft Certifications

* Superior interpersonal and communication skills

* Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

* Skilled at collaborating with team members

* CCNA/MCSA (desirable but not essential)
