2nd Line Support Engineer - Bath, Still hiring - £30,000 - £35,000

I am looking for a talented 2nd Line Support engineer to join a v fast growing company in Bath. They are a brilliant bunch and due to the work they do they are crazy busy and looking for an experienced support engineer to join them.

It's a really nice role as they would love this person to have a passion for programming and someone who would like to learn and move into a software developer position eventually. Right now the developers are picking up the support work so this is a new hire for the business.

You should feel comfortable

Take ownership of service desk tickets through to completion
Troubleshoot and Analysis Technical issues and High Level service desk Support to the customer base.
They would like it if you have been exploring programming, their language of choice is Java but they are open to anything whether you are doing it at work currently or dabbling in software at home.
It's a great chance to switch your career into a development position working and learning from a quality team of software and DevOps engineers, working together in a Polyglot environment.

Over the past 6 years, they have seen great success growing to around 130 employees across the business and really establishing themselves as one of the best in their niche.

As you can imagine right now is a crazy busy time for them but they have settled in well to remote working and bringing on new customers everyday!
