1st / 2nd Line Support Engineers - IT Volunteers - NHS

VIQU are a Birmingham based NHS Trusts by supporting them with outstanding IT Projects with IT professionals suitable and available to assist whilst in between contracts, made redundant or furloughed.

This NHS Trust in Birmingham require 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers to assist with their BAU Issues and assist in a Windows 10 roll-out to end users.

The current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic has placed significant pressure on IT / Digital resources across the NHS.  The requirement is to assist them in their time of need, offering your expertise in Helpdesk and Desktop support when they have a massive stain on their resource.

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Windows Experience
Microsoft Server Operating Systems
Windows 10 / Windows 7
Active Directory
Exchange
Microsoft Office
O365/ Teams and advantage
Remote and Face to Face Support
Trouble shooting skill essential
Excellent communication skills required
ITIL Foundation preferred
This role will be based in Birmingham City Centre, but there may be some travel locally which is required from time to time.

This role is an immediate requirement, with interview slots available this week/next week.

This is a role for a volunteer, and they will consider both full-time and part-time volunteers to help.
